1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PitchChanger (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

PitchChanger provides a suite of online browser-based tools including but not limited to audio processing (such as the Pitch Changer tool), analytics, and formatting utilities. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service with or without notice to you. You agree that PitchChanger shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

3. Data Privacy and Security

Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. Some tools, such as the Pitch Changer, process files entirely within your web browser client using advanced client-side technologies (e.g. Web Audio API, WebAssembly). For these completely local tools:

• Your files are never uploaded to our servers.
• No analytical data regarding the content of your files is transmitted.
• Processing happens completely locally, using your device's computational power.

4. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

You agree to not use the Service to:

• Process illicit, illegal, or copyrighted material you do not own the explicit rights to modify.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or steal any of the proprietary client-side algorithms or source code.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.
• Use the Service for any automated scraping, botting, or massive batch processing without our explicit written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PitchChanger, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
